About Donald Silas
Donald Silas began his transformative journey on November 11, 2011, the day he experienced regeneration and self-realization, often referred to as being born again (John 3:5-8). Under the mentorship of Pastor Shegun Omukafe, he delved into the Bible, which illuminated his true identity. After this profound encounter, he initiated a monthly fasting and prayer gathering in his neighborhood during the first three days of each month, with the support of Brother Gabriel Ugbo, a devoted Catholic Charismatic who encouraged him to deepen his prayer life and study diligently. Through these spiritual practices, he felt led by the Holy Spirit to join the Living Faith Church, where he participated in the believer’s foundation class and various training sessions that empowered him to share the Word of God and enhance his spiritual growth. By 2013, he had risen to the position of youth pastor within the church, and in 2014, he became the head pastor at Living Faith Church in Begiaba Obudu before stepping down to pursue further training in Port Harcourt. In 2016, he encountered Bishop Ofuoma O. Bernard, the founder of the Godist Church in Port Harcourt, who introduced him to Godism—a profound philosophy that fostered a deeper awareness of God within him. After undergoing a series of intensive lectures and training sessions with Bishop Ofuoma O. Bernard, he evolved into a conscious individual by 2018, assuming the role of vice president of the Godist Church, where he served as a Master of Godism in the bishop’s absence. He has delivered numerous lectures on this transformative journey.
